And it starts with a push, and it ends with a blow. Knocked down to the floor, then thrown out the window. At the end of the day it seems to change. All this coming and going, and our lives rearranged. Slamming the door in my face. You've been trailing behind me. Time to pick up the pace And I don't want to know why you came here, and you look so low. I want to believe you couldn't fool me with whats up your sleeve. You are deceiving. And it starts with a break and it ends with a fall. All those nights you were unstable and unable, yeah, they were close calls. Shouting it out till you understand. You gave yourself to me. You put your life in my hands. Laying with you, the pain you are dealing. What are you feeling and are you thinking of me? And I don't want to know why you came here, and you look so low. I want to believe you couldn't fool me with whats up your sleeve. You don't have to go, but you should leave this web we are weaving.
2.
We start again. Every day, it won't end. These aching feet and cold hands. The devil speaks his demands. So carefully we go through our lives. Carefully, cautious. You rightfully own it. Staying up all night. Mind fixed on goodbyes. Goodbye. So carefully we go through our lives. We live carelessly now. I'm living. I'm breathing. I'm searching for redemption

Falling Out 04:06
There's nothing living in this room. At least nothing I can't see through. There are ghosts and monsters hiding under the bed. All the living is done upstairs, down the hall where the wall paper tears, and I swear I'll make it, but nothing compares to what we were. All around the city we roamed. Remember the time you brought me home and I blew up at your mother for yelling that you never loved her? It wasn't my place and I shouldn't care, but when you needed me, I was never there and I showed you then I am right by your side. And I'm falling off and we're falling out and your lips are moving but you don't make a sound. Better off this way. I never wanted to lead you on. I led you on. On this bed I lay staring at the ceiling for days. I led you on I led you.
4.
Who's at the door? Should we let them in? Vision is blurred and limbs are not working. Too sick to try. Too gone to care. Whatever you throw at me, I won't be prepared. You say that you know things that I don't want to know. You have some hesitation when it's time to go. And it's getting cold out. The images are blurred out. We were sought out, we never got caught out in those long dark nights. We haven't a care. We were sought out, never got caught out. Who's in the car? Should we let him drive? He's had a few too many and he doesn't look alive. We're sitting in the back with arms outstretched soaking up the life, the life we have left. Tell me where to turn now. I know where to go. If you need assurance, you know where to go. And it's getting cold out. The images are blurred out. We were sought out, we never got caught out in those long dark nights. We haven't a care. We were sought out, never got caught out. I know where to go.
5.
Say what you mean to me, don't say what I want to hear. The hurtful words of some. Say what it's always been. I'll ponder what it means and take it as it comes. You're sitting next to me and making those faces. The ones that leaved me stunned. We had it in front of our nose and we let it go, such a sad crime. And our worries come all in a row and we let it show. Healing takes time. Since you have left this town, my days have been brighter, but nights are harder still. And I just don't know how they end. Unable to see them through with a stable mind. I swear you're the enemy, but something inside these walls, it brings me back to you. We had it in front of our nose and we let it go, such a sad crime. And our worries come all in a row and we let it show. Healing takes time. Don't come around no more.
6.
Holding your hand. Hold in your thoughts and keep them in a jar as safe as they are. Try to keep quiet, I know it's hard. Biting your tongue, you keep me up all night. Servants we are, we're at their beck and call. I hear they're out to get you and they're coming back for more. We are tired and we are frail. You give them an inch, they take a mile and leave you for dead. Hiding in the trees at night. Peeking through your window, spying. For the sake of being alive. Let's get in your car and lets go for a drive. All of the things you keep on saying, they all make sense. The radio is playing our favorite songs and we'll be home in time to greet the morning. We are spies. We're kicking down your door. We're so much more convincing that we've ever been before. Parasites who will never learn. All we do is take and give back nothing in return. Frightened by what the future holds. We will build it up and then we'll watch it all explode. We are tired. We are frail. So sorry for the life we shared, it can't be mended. Hiding in the trees at night. Peeking through your window, spying. For the sake of being alive. Let's get in your car and lets go for a drive. All of the things you keep on saying, they all make sense. The radio is playing our favorite songs and we'll be home in time to greet the morning.

You give and you take it away. Silence is golden, so they say. Every ounce of energy completely drained. Freedom comes in mysterious ways. And what do I gain when it feels like I'm talking to the wall again? And I fail to see the good in this. You let me go, but I feel so restrained. I'm sifting through my memory, sustained. My head is clouded, I've got a sick mind. Leaving everything I once loved behind. And what do I gain when it feels like I'm talking to the wall again? And I fail to see the good in all this. I can make a place in my mind where no one leaves and no one dies. No one asks and no one tries to call me out on my lies. I can make a place in my mind where no one leaves and no one dies. No one asks and no one tries to call me out. Where no one leaves and no one cries, I've given up on my pride. Where no one asks and no one tries to undo my disguise.
8.
Good intentions will be different than you planned them. You hold on for the last time the door slams in your face. Dirty laundry, it piles up. You're buried in the guilt. Broken bottles and broken bones, nothing is rebuilt. We can stay here or we can run, but the past catches up. The past catches up. You're thirsty, then drink from my water. You're tired, I'll carry you home. I'll carry you home.
9.
Brighter 05:17
There is a certain look you give, it makes me shrivel up inside. Seems like everything you say is to disappoint me. It will pass. You can't be right all of the time. But you can burn out, or you can burn bright in the dark night. Even in the worst of times. Your impressions don't convince me, but I'll give you merit. What gets us through the day can be what destroys us. What tears us apart, it tears us apart from the outside in. It's funny what some hold so dear, never able to see what really matters. Why don't you give it a try once more? Even in the worst of times. Your impressions don't convince me, but I'll give you merit. Hold on to the things that let you shine. Your days will be brighter in time.
